Ingredients
  • 1slab baby back ribsI made two! so doubled the spices
  • 1 1/2tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1tablespoon granulated onion
  • 1tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • plenty salt and black pepper
  • 2 cups BBQ saucestore bought or homemade
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 107°C.
  2. In a small bowl, mix your spices. Season your ribs with the seasoning by rubbing it in as much as you can. You want the ribs to be absolutely covered to the point you can’t see any meat. (Or that’s how I like it, is it too spicy?!)
  3. Cover the baking dishes with aluminum foil and place in the oven. I covered the ribs separately in aluminum foil because the baking tray was too large to cover it at once.
  4. Let the ribs cook for about 3.5 – 4 hours. After 4 hours, add layers of BBQ sauce on the ribs and return to the oven uncovered for an additional 30 minutes. At the end, I like to broil them for 3-4 minutes for that extra burnt/crispy look.
  5. Remove from oven and be amazed!
